CINEMA fans are spoilt for choice this week with four new films showing at the Odeon in Weston.World Trade Center tells a true story of courage and survival after the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.Everyone remembers where they were when New York's twin towers were hit by hijacked planes. As the world stood still in shock and watched the horrific events unfold, real-life heroes sprang into action digging people out of the rubble and risking their lives to rescue others.World Trade Center tells the story of two port authority policemen, John McLoughlin (Nicholas Cage) and Will Jemino (Michael Pena), who became trapped in the rubble from the twin towers after they went in to help people escape. The film also shows the anguish of their families as they desperately try to find out what has happened to them.Academy award-winning director Oliver Stone captures the heroic actions of the individuals who failed to be beaten by the terrorists.Maria Bello, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Jay Hernandez also star in this epic which shows how tragic events can bring out the best in ordinary people.* Pancho, Dainton, Pritchard and Joyce are back with more of their cringe-worthy antics in Dirty Sanchez The Movie.
