Further to the front page story on this week's edition, I would like to echo the comments made by a local resident regarding the lack of railings around the marina. This is an accident waiting to happen.Either young children tripping/falling off bikes or older children larking around are being placed in danger. With visitor numbers expected to rise substantially as further developments are completed, including bars/restaurants surely the council can see the dangers and funds should be made available to put railings completely around the Marina before somebody falls in.The developers' funds they have paid to the council should be used to pay for the cost as they are making millions from the Marina and railings will provide some form of safety. Please do not wait until somebody dies before acting. Name and address supplied
