I HAVE just returned from a visit to Cardiff's new international pool. It is great, with four flumes, slopids, a jacuzzi and loads of water activities for the kids. It also boasts a 50m Olympic standard pool separate to the fun pool. My husband and my two sons had a great day. It costs £5.30 to cross the Severn Bridge, £15 (about) for the diesel to get there, £8.55 for two adults and one child to get in (we didn't have to pay for under 4s). The total - £28.85.This is still less than the expected cost to get into the Tropicana. Also, the Tropicana is expected to have nowhere near as much as the Cardiff pool. I know where I'll be taking my family.SARAH WESTCOTT - Via email
