I AM a resident of Byron Road and have been for eight years. In all that time I have possibly only seen the street cleaning/road sweeping lorry once or twice. All of a sudden the Queen is visiting and I am told I cannot leave my vehicle on the highway, I see the road sweeper and the landscape gardeners are trimming all the weeds and bushes. How come it takes a royal visit for our council to start doing the things that we loyal council taxpayers have the right to expect for our over proportionate rates? It's such a shame that they didn't go all out and re-lay the tarmac on Byron Road which has needed doing for years.ADRIAN SMITH - Resident of Byron Road, Weston
