HOW pleasing it was to see so many residents of the area attending the open meeting at the Winter Gardens last Thursday objecting to the proposed North Somerset Tropicana package deal. Having a local consortium willing to finance the project and then having everything controlled by a charitable trust would seem to be the best way forward for the residents of our town.
