I AM delighted to hear Grove Park in Weston brings cheer to visitors and residents.
I understand that everyone has their own feelings about Jill's Garden.
My impression is somewhat different to the comment made 'Stark contrast to area outside' August 20.
For me it is one of calmness and tranquillity. A place to sit, a place to enjoy and remember with joy, a garden that gives pleasure to people - in remembrance of those that have past.
The rest of the park is formal and colourful but for me Jill's Garden is meant to reflect a different mood.
