If I could suggest a slight alteration, which I'm confident would get Mr Crockford-Hawley and his cohorts more public support than ever. Build downwards, instead of casting a cold shadow over a long strip of town. Fourteen stories underground! Thirteen filled with every rehab, junky and chav in Weston, with the floor closest to the surface set aside for Mr Crockford-Hawley to live in. He could retire when built and become caretaker, only letting the residents and himself out on the condition that they stop infuriating everybody else! JOHN CADD - Ellenborough Park, Weston
