THE gentleman who complained about the No 3 bus service, with a longer waiting time between buses, is absolutely correct. Many residents feel let down, especially with the winter months approaching. It's alright for a spokesman from First Bus saying due to heavy build-up of traffic we needed to change the time from a 15 minute to a 30 minute wait to provide a more reliable service.May I suggest that the 3A and 3C from in and around Worle, St Georges, etc., on coming into town, instead of parking almost 15 minutes on occasions opposite the Floral Clock, should pick up passengers going to the Bournville and Asda, then proceed back to town via Marchfields Way?Picking up passengers from Asda who wish to go to town, Locking Road or further, they would be making money. Also, then work out a schedule to allow three buses to be used at peak times to do the complete route there and back. What irritates most No 3 passengers waiting at McDonald's is the number of buses going out to Worle and district. It's not uncommon to see three No 7s, one No 5 and No 14/13 within a 30-40 minute time slot. With a little bit of consideration surely First Bus can find a solution.P J MAIN - Axe Close, Weston
