It has the potential to bankrupt North Somerset district, besides the physical risks which it poses to residents, and the destruction of our countryside.Also North Somerset Council's executive member for planning tells us that 'Crockford-Hawley's Folly', also known as the Carrot, will become an asset to Weston, and an icon that will prove of value over time.
