AS WE continue to hear how Henry Boot wants to put forward yet another plan for the every decaying Tropicana at last a glimmer of hope and commonsense. I would hope the Community Action Group looking to buy the old Open Air Pool have more sensible and community based plans for the neglected site. A revamped Tropicana for the people by the people.
