ON May 29 I reported that there was broken glass on Worle Recreation Ground to the Council, they replied and promised to look into it.
On Monday 1 June it was still there so I contacted the Council again.
This morning June 2, it was still there so I took matters into my own hands and removed the glass myself before a child or animal hurt themselves on it.
I thought that broken glass was supposed to be treated as a matter of urgency, especially when it was on a playing field that children use.
Hopefully nobody was hurt before I picked it up myself.
