I WoulD like to say thank you to the 11 and 12 year olds of Weston Crusaders Junior Football Club and the Almondsbury Youth Football Club, who played several matches at Baytree Recreation Ground to raise money for the CLIC-Sargent children's cancer charity in memory of Hannah Hole. Almondsbury won the Hannah Hole Trophy. The event was organised by Julie Kent with the help of friends and parents who sold hot dogs, drinks and had a raffle. The day raised £536. It is once again nice to say thank you to young children for all the effort they put in to raise money for other children less fortunate than themselves.RAY BECKINGHAM - Chairman, Weston Branch CLIC-Sargent
