I SEE so many little acts of courtesy, and consideration, by ordinary people going about their business.Yesterday evening I received one such act myself .... Having rushed out of the house to catch the post I carried on into town to buy a loaf of bread. On reaching the checkout I found that in my haste I had come out without any cash. Seeing my problem a lady in the queue insisted, despite my protestations, on paying for it, saying it would be a shame if we couldn't do that much to help each other out.I don't suppose I shall bump into her again and repay her so I am sending the money to a third-world charity, with a small addition of course. That way it will go on to someone who could not afford to buy a loaf of bread, even if one were available.I see many such acts of kindness as I go around Weston's streets. Bless you, all you kind-hearted, gentle people of Weston, my home town.ROY CHANCELLOR - Westbury Crescent, Weston
