THE 'bad for business' comment resulting from the 25 per cent reduction in addicts coming to Weston clearly demonstrates the gulf between the attitude of vested interests and the well-being of the town.Mr Penrose who is being 'blamed' for this reduction certainly has my vote and I trust that continued pressure will result in our rehab centres only looking after Weston addicts, and that other councils will be obliged to reconsider their policy and solve their own problems.K A KIDGE - Highbury Road, Weston
