WITH the possible closure of Woolworth's I thought I would tell you about an early childhood memory. My mum needed some shopping in Woolworth's and said I could take my brand new doll's pram with us. Unfortunately she did not check to see what I was taking inside said pram. Upon arriving the contents of the pram sat up. It was our family cat Tibby who promptly darted out and started running around much to the embarrassment of my mum. He was finally caught by two shop assistants and loaded into a box. Suffice to say I was not allowed out with my pram for sometime! I am now a mum and grandma but remember this as if it were yesterday. MRS LINDA SIMMS - Locking Road, Weston
