Having read the front page article in the Times (dated August 22) I feel I must write and express my views concerning the traveller sites.Whether more sites are provided is very debatable. Would they be used? Who would pay for them? The council taxpayers are already paying enough without this extra expense. If they were provided with extra sites then the people who use them should pay. Why should we pay for them? The travellers take from the community and give nothing. So I say no to any more traveller sites. And if the worst comes to the worst, no again to make us pay for them.D Durbin - Kenn Road, Clevedon
