WITH reference to 'Fair indication of our society' in last week's issue my heart goes out to Roger Jones who states that in his opinion the treatment of Olive Jones is scandalous, but a fair indication of our society today.

What Mr Jones fails to grasp is the bigger picture. As a Modern Conservative I find that living in a multicultural and multifaith society we all benefit greatly. But we can only enjoy these benefits if we are able to use the law to protect them.

Thank goodness we have a Conservative administration running North Somerset Council who is willing to protect the views of the many non Christians in our midst.

Thanks to the Conservative policies of signing us up to the treaties of Rome, Nice, Maastrictht and now no longer wasting taxpayer's money on holding a referendum on the Lisbon treaty we can look forward to more immigration and increased European regulation with which to protect our human rights.

I know that many Conservative councillors also belong to that most highly respected and admired organisation known as Freemasonary whose good works and charitable action are recognised the world over. Within their teachings all religions are accepted ant this will eventually lead to a new world order of peace and prosperity.

Eventually Mrs Jones suspension will be lifted, although she will probably have to first undertake a short course in political correctness which can be arranged by North Somerset Council. So all's well that ends well - does it not?
