I SEE that the splash wall scheme is still on the cards. Is it not possible to hang a float the seaward side of the sea wall? Hanging down, out of sight, until a high tide floats it up at least two meters above the wall? Two birds with one float - still able to look out to sea, and preventing the seafront properties from flooding.MICHAEL DADE - Fernlea Road, Weston
