This letter is to thank the many people who came to my assistance. Unfortunately I was in no state to remember names but they will know who they are.
The lady who called the ambulance, the lady who got me a blanket and Andy Smith (I think), who fetched my husband, his wife who looked after my two dogs and anyone else I have forgotten.
They made things so much easier and writing is the only way I can thank them all.
I was operated on on Wednesday afternoon at St Mary's where they found the break was much worse than first thought. All went well and I am now back home with many weeks convalescence to look forward to.
Heartfelt thanks yet again.
