AS A regular visitor to the Aisecombe Way rubbish site, it being the only way that I can recycle all the non-plain cardboard that blights our shopping today, I applaud the council efforts to deter 'commercial tipping' with CCTV. However, I would like to suggest a slight role-reversal for the cameras. How about a discount for those of us who take the trouble to visit the site for genuine re-cycling? My weekly kerbside collection for two people is half a black bag, unlike many households who put out several bags each week.ROGER BADHAM - Via email
