I AM wondering if any of our illustrious councillors noticed the local news the other day.The item was concerning the opening of Cheltenham outdoor lido. How is it that they can do it and we cannot? Plymouth, Penzance, Teignmouth and Rhyl also manage to run lidos and pools so where are our councillors going wrong?
