WHAT a good idea to read how a land train which would travel past the Sovereign Centre, up the Boulevard and possibly along the town centre's pedestrian streets, could become the new way for shoppers, visitors and workers to get around Weston, carrying 60 passengers each paying a fare of around £1. I'm sure it would sort out our appalling traffic problem. A Park and Ride system is something our town needs badly. So I salute Weston's Mayor Councillor John Ley-Morgan, and his think-tank committee for coming up trumps.D F COURTNEY - Victoria Park, Weston
