To remove this gem to a site within easy reach of visitors and others would undoubtedly be sensible and, may I say, financially profitable.
I appreciate the recent letter by Dean Price with his comments about electronic sensors, past control etc, but the point is the museum is situated in the 'back of beyond' for most people and this is the prime cause for removal, where one trusts the same care would be taken on the many treasurers therein.
