BETTER times ahead for bus passengers - oh how I wish!

As a daily passenger on the X1 bus which leaves the bus station at 6.10am, and should reach THE Homebase stop at 6.40am, can someone from First please inform myself and the other passengers who like me are waiting at the stop in plenty of time, only to find the X1 is never on time, why this is so?

It runs at least 10 minutes late. Since First changed the service and made the next bus at 6.55am, which was an X1, into the 351, it is a regular fact that both buses can come at the same time. Come on First, we are your regular daily, weekly, monthly, yearly customers and expect a better service. It is us who are paying �35 weekly to keep your service running.
