With double the amount of people moving to Portishead, the more trouble the traffic will become - fact.I've recently moved to Portishead from the North West and I have taken great interest in my new town and enjoyed reading comments from local people. It has become clear to me that having just one main road for access in and out of Portishead is a huge problem that seriously needs to be sorted.I'm very excited about the new plans for Portishead and its marina, however increased population will cause massive problems to our roads and therefore I feel two things should be done. The road leading to junction 19 should be expanded/ a new slip road built - traffic lights will not solve the problem long term. Train links should be available from Portishead to Bristol and all other major towns/cities.The traffic is my only concern, everything else I'm very happy with - the people of Portishead are very friendly and I adore shopping on the High Street due to its charm and lovely atmosphere.Vicky WhiteheadPortisheadVia e-mail
