THIS letter is designed to bring alive more exposure to the A38 junction at the Cross and Axbridge turn offs. This is well-known as an extremely dangerous section of road, with numerous accidents every year.Might it not be a good idea to have another speed camera in place as you approach the junction from Weare? I know that public opinion is not overjoyed about speed cameras but in this instance I feel anything that could reduce speed through this particular section of road must be a help in saving people's lives.
