May I suggest another headline: More noise, traffic and pollution guaranteed by proposed airport expansion.
The article should have stressed the point that one of the outcomes of the changes will be up to 18 aircraft movements per hour. That's one about every three minutes. I think it only right that your readers be made clearly aware of this.
