I HAVE just been listening to Radio 2 and heard a news item about a driver who was stationary at lights, with his car in neutral and his handbrake on, he wiped his nose and was seen doing so by two policemen.
He was then handed by them a penalty notice with a fine and three points for his licence.
No wonder the public are becoming disgusted with the police, especially as, last year, I was in slow moving traffic in Weston when, driving in the opposite direction, was a police car, with two uniformed policemen inside, the driver was steering with one hand and eating a sandwich in the other!
