I FULLY agree with your correspondent Robert Cleland (February 9). The less affluent of us should have access to reusable household goods taken to the recycling centre, at least through a charity shop. Depriving the hardworking people handling these items
I FULLY agree with your correspondent Robert Cleland (February 9). The less affluent of us should have access to reusable household goods taken to the recycling centre, at least through a charity shop.Depriving the hardworking people handling these items of their jobs at the Aisecombe Way site is ridiculous when so many people have to travel to Bristol to work as there are insufficient jobs in Weston. Even more bizarre would be having Cllr Mrs Deborah Yamanaka committing us to additional expenditure for sending to landfill items that could well be reused.CLLR MIKE KELLAWAY-MARRIOTT - Weston Town Council, Grove House
