AS A resident of North Somerset, I have recently taken an active interest in what this Conservative administration is doing. With all due respect to officers I reserve my right to speak in a public meeting without my words being scrutinised by officers prior to a public meeting at North Somerset Council. David Cameron can address his party conference without a transcript! If a leader of a political party/country has the right to speak in this way then it is only right and proper for the constituents who put them in power to address a public meeting without a transcript of their speech.SUSAN TUCKER - Via email
