HAS anybody else noticed that the new surface on the road at Lympsham on the A370 between the Lympsham turn off and the Toyota garage going towards Highbridge is rougher than the old surface it replaces? A very backward step. I hope the council get a refund for such a poor job.BOB VARCOE - Brendon Avenue, Weston
