THE new way into Lower Bristol Road via Wadham Street, Weston, is dangerous due to it being a blind bend off West Street and often very congested at the top with traffic going in and out of Grove Park car park. The natural way would be straight up West Street, left into High Street, and on to Lower Bristol Road, as both bends on this route give an excellent view of those on foot. This is the way the No 4 bus goes, and most long vehicles, as to turn into Wadham Street is difficult. We were told the new route was experimental, so let's hope a rethink will result in an improved and safer road layout.C J PEVERELLE - Edinburgh Place, Weston
