On local radio Cllr Ap Rees has scathingly dismissed the petition signed by over 15,000 people about the Tropicana and stated he knows more than 15,000 people in Weston want the current proposals. Can we know what evidence he has to support his statement? Does this large number of people know that a large section of the Beach Lawns is going to be turned in to a car park and that the building is three times the size of the current Tropicana?
