I cannot understand why My Buljoo has been removed by North Somerset Council from the lay-by on the A369. He clearly provided a service to drivers of both commercial and private vehicles who are advised to take breaks when driving. The way the removal was done was totally reprehensible and smacked of a personal attack. Mr Buljoo had paid for a licence and was doing no harm, indeed he was providing a benefit. The excuse of using the area as a depot is very weak. There are many places less obtrusive where a depot could be sited. I think this whole episode smacks of the current Big Brother approach to both local and national government.Bob Bull - Portishead
