IT APPEARS that the Tropicana saga will not go away. Over the years many people have voiced their opinions on what they would like.
First Mace then Boot were given extension after extension and nothing happened. Councillors are oblivious to the needs of the residents. They think they know best, they proclaim to listen to the electorate. What rubbish.
Obviously they will not hold a referendum on the issue, so it comes down to one thing. At the next local elections, kick all the councillors out to show our displeasure with them.
But, as we all know, this will not happen, because of the apathetic nature of voters.
So we all know the score, Councillors 1 Residents 0.
