I know Chiswick, Hammersmith and Harrow, I also know Stratford, Leyton, Hackney and also the towns of Romford, Chigwell and Walthamstow. These are big towns with continual traffic.Buses, lorries, coaches, cars, day and night.We are still like a small village and only have this area from the garage, Cabstand and Leo's, so why so many traffic lights, in such a small area?Do we really need all this muddle and confusion?It makes me think not.We are not London, but a spoilt Portishead.B Roper - Charlcombe Park, Portishead
