YOU have to feel sorry for Mike Bell with his ambition to unseat John Penrose.His hope has to be that the electorate will be so fed up with antics of Conservative councillors, that they will forget the incompetence of the Lib Dem-led council and that frustration with the Conservative council will lead voters to vent their anger on Mr Penrose.
