ARE the council aware of the parlous state of disrepair reached by the roof of the pavilion/summerhouse in the upper half of Grove Park and, if so, when do they plan to repair it or is it their intention to wait until it's so bad they can declare it must be demolished?

Many of its ridge tiles, slates and lengths of its guttering are missing plus the council has now removed the benches and whilst the most likely culprit for the damage is the current out-of-control teenage generation rather than the forces of nature it would be a great pity to lose an historic facility which is unlikely ever to be replaced.
