On behalf of Councillor David Jolley, Mrs Reyna Knight and myself, we would like to thank all those people who braved the elements on Saturday morning to join us on the Cabstand protest march in Portishead. Thanks also to the local police officer who so expertly guided the massive crowd through the faulty traffic light system (it was even worse than normal).It is estimated that up to 2,000 people took part in the event, which has reaffirmed our belief that we must keep up the fight on behalf of residents to improve the Cabstand junction.Cllr David Pasley - Portishead
