The Lions Club of Clevedon would like to say a very big thank you to the wonderful citizens of our town who helped Father Christmas Lion and his elves to a magnificent sum of over £3,500 collected during the sleigh tour and bucket brigade over the Christmas period. Many thanks also to the management and staff of Tesco and Morrisson's stores and a big thank you to Clevedon Garages for the loan of Rudolph. All proceeds will go to local charities to be announced later. It's a superb result and special thanks go to Lion Paul Martin for his hard work in organising this event.
