TODAY I received a summons for doing 36 miles in a 30 miles an hour zone. I hold my hands up to it. What I am angry about are the cyclists getting away with breaking all the rules of the road. Walk through the High Street any day of the week and you almost get knocked down by one. They take no notice of the signs. They ride through red lights, on the pavement, and have no lights when it is dark. I tax my car, why not them? They are breaking the law no matter how you look at it. I feel the motorist is hard done by compared with the cyclist.NAME AND ADDRESS SUPPLIED
