ON Good Friday, an elderly neighbour and I were walking our dogs in Clarence Park.
Without any warning a staffie dog grabbed my neighbour's little terrier and shook it like a rag doll
The owner of the dog managed to get his dog to let go and they practically ran out of the park.
The little terrier, who is quite old, has a three inch gash from behind his ear, down the side of his neck and the owner has now got a very large bill to pay.
Several incidents have happened in Clarence Park with these dogs.
If someone doesn't do something soon, it will be a child next.
My neighbour did ring the police about this, but guess what, they can't do anything.
Is there anyone anywhere that can?
