PLEASE allow me to express my thanks to all the people at Locking Castle Medical Centre, which according to the ambulance crew was the most efficiently organised call they had ever attended. It also applies to the way they looked after my dog and cat until the family could fetch them.I must also say on behalf of my wife and I, having travelled to Bristol Oncology, BRI, Southmead and lately the eye hospital, that we have never met more considerate caring people. They have a lot to put up with, such as roadworks, selfish drivers, bad parking, grizzling patients to name but a few things the ambulance staff have to tolerate every day. We adore them. However, I will never forgive or forget the people who removed my wife's name from their hip replacement list in 2001 after waiting a year. The result in her walking around since July, 2003, when St Mary's Hospital in Bristol sent her home with a MRSA infected hip. I still clean and dress it every other day! I also say thank you to the people who attended to me last Friday morning in either Ward 2A or 3A at Weston Hospital.M R R DOCKRELL - Grenville Avenue, Locking
