WHERE were all the fishermen? The Grand Pier was open to fishermen for four days, Monday to Thursday. My husband, Mike Taylor, went along on the Wednesday afternoon. He was told that he was the only one to take up the offer and he was the first person to fish from the Grand Pier for 43 years. I think this is a bit of history in the making.
