In response to your report by Heather Pickstock entitled 'Open up the Tip Urgently' I am writing to say that I agree with Portishead and North Weston Town Council that North Somerset Council has been dragging its heels in getting the tip open again.I feel that this should be dealt with as a matter of urgency before people, in desperation, start dumping their bulk rubbish by the roadside.M G Holbrook - Waterside Park, Portishead
