SO, as now seems to be the norm, another developer has been allowed to flout the deadline set for the Tropicana by our spineless council.Is the time now not ripe to give Henry Boot the 'boot' and refurbish the Tropicana in its present form, ie minus any suggestion of a cinema or an hotel, at what would be a fraction of the proposed cost of the new development?
