YESTERDAY I took the most expensive local bus journey I have ever taken in my life. For £1.60, I travelled about three miles. As if that wasn't bad enough, the driver was gruff and, frankly, rude to the customers. Some of the passengers were playing music, on a low quality phone and obnoxiously singing along. The driver did nothing abut this, even though it was clearly bothering most of the other passengers. In spite of being a new bus, the floor was covered in litter. Tell me, is that really worth more than 53p a mile?JENNIFER BARNETT - Harvey Close, Worle
