HOW sad it is that people like Sgt Major Paul Zeigler, of the Worle Army Cadet Force, doesn't get more support for the worthwhile job he does. These boys are off the streets and doing something with their lives, instead of wandering around making trouble

HOW sad it is that people like Sgt Major Paul Zeigler, of the Worle Army Cadet Force, doesn't get more support for the worthwhile job he does. These boys are off the streets and doing something with their lives, instead of wandering around making trouble, in which case the public would be quick enough to write in and complain. My own son Mark is an ex-Broadoak cadet and has been a serving soldier since the age of 16 years. He is now 35. The training and leadership he received helped mould his future and it will do the same for these boys, even if they don't become soldiers. It will instil in them a huge sense of self worth.Thank you Paul, for giving so much back. The group and Paul deserve all the help they can get, so come on Weston, where is your charity and support?CAROLE DA-NOBREGAClarence Road North, Weston
