I HAVE great admiration for the regular letters sent to your paper by Laurence Orme. However, I have yet to see through your paper any response from any councillor to answer Mr Orme's letters. Is it the practice of the council not to respond to any question that is put to them or is it, like the current Government, we'll do as we please and you'll pay as required?
