Complaints sent into the council not about Carter's Steam Fair but about the diesel engine pumping out black smoke which went into the block of flats on the other side of the road. Some people had to move out. We don't expect to have a diesel engine in a steam fair. You did the best thing by going to Blandford Steam Fair.
